The Year 2025-A Dream Come True.
This is the inspirational story of Anuradha, a strong-willed homemaker-turned-entrepreneur. Despite coming from a non-technical background, she has managed to overcome the hurdles, established her Brand under the name of ‘Avya’ and launched her very own wishes website by the name of ‘wishesatavya.com’.
Spending her early years appreciating and creating art, she has since realized the power and impact that the internet has had on the subject and the rapid change from traditional art to the new digital art form, gradually shifting to the other side.
She has sold several products such as Posters, Digital Planners, LOGOS, Designer/ personalized, Birthday / Marriage /Anniversary/Congratulatory e-cards, as well as Visiting & Business cards.
Before launching her website, she used to work as a freelancer, designing and hand-painting a wide variety of sarees, shawls and specialized designer Dupattas with Abstract art. She started her Blogging journey, published many informative Blog posts under the categories of Managing mental health, Physical Health, Relationships, Parenting, DIY artwork ideas etc.
She truly believes in the phrase, ‘sharing is caring’. Upon successfully overcoming her own difficulties in the journey, she has managed to help several other budding entrepreneurs by designing visiting cards, Logos, catalogues, at reasonable price tags and sometimes free of cost for those at an Economic disadvantage. According to her being financially Independent is one of the Most Important qualities that should be instilled at a young age. She has been working towards the helping and empowerment of women who are in dire need of support in the process of achieving their goals.
The great success on her website has since racked up thousands of active viewers each day from different parts of the world. A large part of the proceedings from the revenue earned from the website, sold-out products and blogs have been regularly donated to multiple charities, the topics of which are covered in blogs.
She is glad to have made her mother and aunt proud of her achievement. On receiving backlash from her own family at the start of this long journey, she is glad to have finally received the much-deserved recognition and acceptance from her loved ones.
